1. Make sure everyone is safe. Immediately call 911 to respond to any and all injuries.
2. If possible, use your cell phone to take pictures of the accident scene to share with your adjuster.
3. Call our office ASAP to report all facts / circumstances of the occurrence.
4. Keep us posted during the claim process if things are not going satisfactorily.
